measured by emergency service customer surveys
by providing respectful, caring, competent and
appropriate service.

external and internal customer service and to
enhance employee satisfaction.

Strengthen the ability of FCEMS to anticipate
and respond rapidly to the changing needs of our
community and regulatory environment.
